CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT (50/50 SPLIT)

 

 

This Consignment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The Grove Consignment Store (“Consignee”) located in Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania, and the undersigned Consigner.

 

  • ITEMS ACCEPTED Items are accepted at the sole discretion of The Grove and must be clean, in good condition, and resale‑ready.
  • PRICING & MARKDOWNS All pricing, markdowns, promotions, and placement decisions are determined solely by The Grove.
  • CONSIGNMENT SPLIT Sales proceeds will be split 50% to the Consigner and 50% to The Grove, based on the final selling price before sales tax.
  • CONSIGNMENT PERIOD Items are consigned for a period of 90 days from the date they are placed in the shop.
  • UNSOLD ITEMS & FORFEITURE If an item does not sell within the initial 90‑day consignment period, the Consigner will be notified by The Grove and will have an additional fifteen (15) days to retrieve their unsold items. If the Consigner fails to pick up items within this 15‑day grace period, the items shall become the sole property of The Grove, and the Consigner forfeits any right to payment or ownership.
  • PAYOUTS Payouts are issued on a schedule determined by The Grove. Consigners are responsible for keeping contact information current.
  • LOSS OR DAMAGE The Grove is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of consigned items.
  • OWNERSHIP The Consigner confirms they are the legal owner of all items consigned.
  • GOVERNING LAW This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
